Since inception of the firm in 1993, Trident has focused its investments primarily in the areas of Software, Services and Internet, with particular emphasis on certain vertical sectors. In 2007, Trident commenced investing in the CleanTech sector. The investment sectors currently addressed by Trident, and areas of current focus, include the following:
