Brendan F. Reidy

Brendan Reidy is currently CEO of Clarus Systems, a Trident portfolio company. Brendan also serves on the Board of Directors of several other Trident companies including Arantech and eGistics, and from time to time assists Trident in evaluating opportunities in the wireless and communications sector. Mr. Reidy has held numerous senior executive positions in the telecommunications industry. His most recent executive position prior to Clarus was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Latis Networks, Inc. Prior to Latis Networks, Mr. Reidy held a variety of senior executive positions at Qwest Communications International/US WEST, including Vice President of International Business Development, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Executive Director of Strategic Marketing. Prior to his service at US WEST, Mr. Reidy served as Vice President and General Manager of Litton Integrated Automation, which provided large scale document imaging systems. Brendan was co-founder and Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Software Alliance Corporation.

Brendan serves on the Board of Directors of Trident portfolio companies Arantech and eGistics.

Brendan holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
